NFXstudios Modern Home #1

Next project is underway.  I am doing this one for Daz3d while I'm in the process of working out details for a publishing deal with Renderosity.  I'm hoping to fully support both Daz Studio as well as Poser for this one.

The house will be fully furnished inside and out and I'm currently planning to also include the surrounding lot, with an interior/exterior garage.
